Take the LIE to exit 62 Nicolls Road (97N).  Take  Nicolls Road North all the way to Rt 25 in Setauket.  The road ends at Rt 25A.  Turn left on to 25A west  to second traffic light and turn right on to Cedar St. opp. Stony Brook RR station.   Turn left on to Hollow Road and continue to SRF on left.  The driveway is marked by two stone pillars and a stone wall on each side.  There is a small blue sign for Smoke Run Farm at the driveway.
